I love exploring food. My wife and I have lived in some of the best food cities in America, and we have even spent a couple of years in Asia exploring the variety of cuisines there. We have been very fortunate to have such opportunities, and with those opportunities we sought adventure through our food. We have eaten bugs, different parts of animals, to raw things and fragrant things, all with reckless abandon.
I am happy to report that this trait appears to be hereditary. My son shares the same excitement for eating. He is often the best eater at any dinner table, and loves to explore the local cuisines, just like his Dad.
